From Houston or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) (about 23 miles away):
Take I-45 South (Gulf Freeway) toward Galveston.
Exit at FM 518 East / Broadway Street toward Kemah/League City.
Turn left onto SH 146 South (Kemah Boardwalk area).
Turn right onto Fay Road — rental will be on the right side. -
From George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) (about 45 miles away):
Take I-45 South toward Houston, then continue south on I-45.
Take the FM 518 East exit toward Kemah/League City.
Follow the directions above from FM 518.

Clay’s place was great. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The grandkids loved the game room and the spacious back yard. The location was super. We visited the boardwalk, Moody Gardens in Galveston and Houston Space Center. Will certainly consider staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our planned activities in Kemah. The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect size to accommodate our group. The game room was a hit for all! Additionally Clay was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly Recommend!

Clay was an amazing host and the home was amazing. We had to find somewhere quick as our home had flooding issues. Clay was more than helpful and responsive while booking, and his home was perfect for our family. The beds are also very very comfortable!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant were completely comfortable during the entire stay. The house was clean and inviting upon arrival. Everyone had their own bed and we enjoyed the game room and board games. The kitchen is completely stocked with high quality cookware, utensils, and flat ware. Everything we needed was provided. There are grocery stores nearby and the boardwalk is within walking distance.

Immaculate! Everything was very clean and nicely furnished/decorated, felt like we were staying in a model home; beautiful yard and neighborhood area. Whoever renovated this home did a great job, very well thought out!! Ive stayed in a lot of Airbnbs but this one will be memorable and very hard to top. Also, this is a great home for anyone wanting to be near Kemah boardwalk and still have privacy/quiet after hanging out. Wish I could've stayed longer!
